Developers can now submit apps via the OpenAI Developer platform using the beta Apps SDK.
A new “App Directory” has been added under ChatGPT’s Tools menu, featuring apps from Canva, Spotify, Zillow, Expedia, and more.
These apps enhance chats by letting users complete actions like booking travel, creating slides, or shopping—all within conversations.
Approved apps will roll out over the next year, with devs able to track submission status via the platform.
