🚨 We’re entering the era of AI that works while you sleep.
You've seen the AI demos. Viktor does it without you watching.
The AI tool you tried last quarter waited for a prompt, hallucinated a number, then asked if you'd like a summary.
Viktor opened a PR at 2am, rebased it against main, ran your test suite, and posted a note in #eng: "Two flaky tests in payments service, both pre-existing. Recommended merging after fixing them." Then drafted the customer reply for the support ticket the bug created.
That's 619K autonomous actions per day across 20,000+ teams. Not chat replies. Real work shipped to GitHub, Stripe, Linear, Notion, and 3,000+ other tools, from inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.
You don't supervise him any more than you supervise a senior engineer.
SOC 2 certified. Your data never trains models.
"It's what you probably originally thought AI was going to be when you first heard of it in sci-fi movies." Tyler, CEO.

ANTHROPIC
The biggest change isn’t the model itself.
It’s what now happens before your prompt even reaches it.
Here’s what changed:
• Fable 5 is once again available across Claude, Claude Code, and the Anthropic API.
• Anthropic now uses AI-powered safety systems to block high-risk cybersecurity prompts before they’re processed.
• Everyday coding, writing, and research remain unchanged, while exploit-focused requests are filtered or redirected.
👀 My Take:
Instead of making the model less capable, Anthropic is trying something more interesting: keeping the AI powerful while filtering only the riskiest requests. If it works, this could become the standard approach for future frontier AI models.
META
🎮 Meta Wants Anyone to Build Games With AI
Meta has quietly launched Pocket, a new AI app that turns simple text prompts into playable mini-games and interactive experiences.
You don’t need to write a single line of code.
Here’s what makes it interesting:
Describe your idea in plain English and Pocket generates a playable game in seconds.
Every creation becomes a shareable “gizmo,” with a social feed where you can discover, remix, and play games made by others.
Pocket is built on technology from Meta’s acquisition of the AI gaming startup Gizmo, signaling a bigger push into AI-powered creativity.
👀 My Take
We’re moving beyond vibe coding for websites and apps. Meta is betting that the next wave of AI creators will build games just by describing them. If Pocket takes off, creating interactive experiences could become as easy as generating an image with AI.
OPENAI
OpenAI isn’t just asking Washington to regulate AI.
It’s reportedly asking the government to become an owner.
The proposal could fundamentally change who benefits from the AI boom.
Here’s what happened:
OpenAI is reportedly discussing giving the U.S. government a 5% equity stake in the company.
CEO Sam Altman believes public ownership could help Americans share in AI-generated wealth through a model inspired by Alaska’s Permanent Fund.
OpenAI has also suggested other leading AI companies, including Anthropic, Google, and Meta, consider similar arrangements, though discussions remain preliminary and would likely require congressional approval.
👀 My Take
The conversation around AI is shifting from “How should we regulate it?” to “Who should own it?” If this proposal ever becomes reality, it could redefine the relationship between governments and frontier AI companies for decades.

OpenAI’s AI chip project with Broadcom reportedly stalled after Broadcom requested Microsoft commit to buying 40% of the first “Jalapeno” chips. The custom hardware is meant to reduce OpenAI’s inference costs, but without Microsoft’s backing, the company may need new partners or financing terms.
